Kaitlyn Thornton founded PLOTWORK in 2024. Her rare blend of storytelling expertise and commercial strategy shaped the unorthodox advisory — one that is nuanced yet commercial. Before launching PLOTWORK, she held senior leadership roles at Yabu Pushelberg and HBA, and began her career as a film and lifestyle journalist.
